yes, ms. kris , i whole beingly agree with you that colee and armando are dedicated yogis who transmit their knowledge and vibration into their practice which includes teaching. my experience at the shala was so refreshing and acknowledging, leaving behind the fluff that many teachers create in their teachings left more space for their teachings(colee and mando) to pay direct attention to their students. and i love their attention...m - Marie , posted 09/24/06 |

Colee and Armando are dedicated people running the best yoga studio on the island. No fluff, no soft music, no preening yoga students- these classes are for those who take yoga seriously and are willing to drop their ego and follow a discipline. Taking their Mysore Ashtanga class was the best thing to happen to me this year. I am so grateful for their presence.
