Someone picked up a small sushi bar in the middle of San Francisco, and plopped it down at the Northernmost tip of the Big Island (Hawi). I've seen a few of the Iron man athletes give up half-way, dismount their bikes and have lunch here. The sushi is just that good.... - adam
