Ecstatic Dance is my church. I come together Sunday mornings with my community and we sweat our prayers. It is a non-judgmental dance space where I can move my body however I want; I go inward and go outward and feel reenergized and renewed at the end of it all. I especially treasure that it is a daytime dance with no talking; it's all about the dance and non-verbal connecting. I'm so grateful for this dance space and this dance community.
