beladi boutique/ false advertising

Hi all, this is an update to the post “beladi boutique/ false advertising” which is below

Please do not confuse the web site “www.BeladiBoutique.com” who had stolen images with the web site “www.BaladiBoutique”. The owner Shari, of “Baladi Boutique” has been receiving phone calls from customers who think she is the one who had stolen the images. This is unfortunate as she has been in business for 37 years supplying cabaret dancers with quality costumes. Unfortunately while lacy stole my images and most likely others as well she had also in a way stolen Sari’s web site name, changing only 1 letter. I see now that Lacy has taken down her web site all together so I guess she is getting the hint that what she did is not ok.

My Photos have been stolen by beladi boutique, a new belly dance boutique web site. She (Lacy) has posted at least 7 pages using my photos from:
www.velvetpeacockdesigns.com

Here are the pages where she has posted my photos, with no permission from me, the owner designer and model, no personal contact with me before she posted them, and no credit for (my web site) www.velvetpeacockdesigns.com, where they originally came from and were created for:

Hopefully by the time you reach these pages my photos have been removed as i have contacted her that if she doesn't remove them she will be contacted by my lawyer.

This is a warning for all those that she contacts to do business with, that she does not have business ethics, respect for designers and therefore should be banned altogether from the belly dance world. Who knows whom else she may steal from or do false advertising to!

In addition I have found other posts on tribe about my products not fitting etc....Just for your information i have contacted those individuals offering compensation and an exchange for a better fit etc... and never received a response. This only leads me to think that there are businesses/people out there who are looking to destroy the competition! Without any real true validity!

My advice, aside from any personal investment is to do your research.....
