Aloha! We (two adults and a 2.5 year old angel) have posted for a share situation, yet the downstairs is available separately. This is a two story, blue tile roof house near Twin Falls, the top floor is an enormous studio (were we live) and the downstairs is a very nice 2BR, 1Bath. We are hoping to share both floors (for $2400 total), but if not, then we'd like to find someone cool to take just the downstairs. You would be living under a toddler, yet the bedrooms are not under his play area.

Community minded, eco-conscious people only need apply. Plenty of space for gardening or even expanding into a community farm. Perfect for single parent or couple or couple with one younger child (maybe 2?). Cats are great and would love the other cats around here- all very sweet and sociable. Dogs probably not a good idea.
Rent for the downstairs here is $1400 + MECO util. yet we are open to talking about some form of sharing (like the kitchen downstairs and the amazing bathroom we have upstairs with a jacuzzi tub) for a little less. Month to month is possible, yet we really would like someone looking for long term.
All modern, clean, bamboo floors, no mold, huge kitchen w/ breakfast bar. Full bath with marble floors. Fans in every room, lots of airflow, low mold and few bugs (occasional ants). Plenty of parking. Great neighbors. Construction starting next door soon, unfortunately, but it won't last forever.
Close to the Hana Hwy, yet the lay of the land makes it seem far away, so very little noise. 10 min to Haiku, 15 min to Paia. Walking distance to Twin Falls-this is one of the best neighborhoods on Maui.
Available immediately or 11/1. Later possible, yet deposit would need to be made now.
