-Month to month and temporary is best. One month minimum occupancy for that price, or $500 per week short term for the 5 bedrooms, two week minimum.

OR rent the Full house including downstairs apartment after July 1st, for $1900/mo (that's 7 bedrooms, 3 baths total!) Up to 8 people total occupancy.
Utilities are $50 per adult per month, negotiable. (Includes water and electric). Phone and internet are possible for additional $100 per month.
- The rent prices are discounted because occasional viewings will happen by potential buyers, (by appointment only with plenty of notice). If you can keep things neat and leave the house for an hour while they look, you can get great rent until it is sold!
