A technology company working with federal agencies in D.C (near Foggy Bottom Metro) developing a Domestic Budget System needs a PM to manage a team consisting of a Business Analyst, a Database Analyst, a Documentation Specialist, Subject Matter Experts, and Programmers (Jr. to Sr. Level).  &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
In this position you will: &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
o. Be responsible for establishing stakeholders meetings, accurate requirements gathering and implementing and overseeing a Formal Software Development Life-Cycle Methodology.  Negotiate requirements with the government contractors assigned to obtain space on the OPEN-NET to establish a development, test and production environment.  &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
o. Be responsible for developing and maintaining Master Project Plan and Schedule, Earn Value Measurements, and complete project oversight.  The PM will be evaluated on his/her ability to ensure that the IT Team submit high quality deliverables that are on-time and under cost.  The PM will use his/her experience to establish configuration control boards and to manage changes to software baselines, using limited resources.  &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
o. Manage the team entirely and be responsible for all contractual deliverables, budget costing, staff utilization reporting requirements to corporate, performing weekly and monthly progress briefings, preparing and submitting weekly and monthly progress reports and working to maximize the potential of all team members through excellent planning and management. &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
o. Be responsible for developing briefing to corporate on project management, release schedules, budget forecasting, staff retention, and utilization.  These meetings will be schedule quarterly, and the PM may the technical lead assigned to the project to field technical related questions.  &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
o. Be responsible for on-time contract delivery, accurate monthly reporting, timesheet gathering and signing, as well as limiting staff turnover’s on the project. &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
Requirements:&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
o. 5+ years as a PM managing software development teams (Absolutely Required) &#xD;
&#xD;
o. Current security clearance or able to pass a background check to get a Security Clearance (Absolutely Required) &#xD;
&#xD;
o. PMP certification (Absolutely Required) &#xD;
&#xD;
o. Degree in applicable field (Required) &#xD;
&#xD;
o. Previous experience managing software development for federal agencies a major plus &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
